This policy explains what happens to the information you give us through this website. We keep it short and specific, because this site does only one thing with personal data: it lets you send us an enquiry.

Who we are

Grupo Nahas Hospitality (“GNH”, “we”, “us”) is a hotel management company based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. We are responsible for the personal data described below.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the name, company or property, and email address you enter, together with the content of your message.

We do not collect anything else. There is no account, no login, and no hidden tracking on this site.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use what you send solely to reply to you and, where relevant, to prepare an operating proposal for your property. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

The legal basis is your consent, given when you choose to submit the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us.

Who else handles it

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service acting as our processor. Your message passes through their systems in order to reach us. Their privacy terms are published at web3forms.com/privacy.

Our email is hosted by our corporate mail provider. Beyond these two, nobody else receives your enquiry.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and no longer than three years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we are required to retain it by law.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads no third-party scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so your visit is not shared with any third party.

If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated first and, where required, consent will be requested before anything is set.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send confidential commercial or financial details through the form — we will arrange a secure channel for those.

Your rights

You may ask us to confirm what personal data of yours we hold, to correct it if it is wrong, to delete it, or to stop using it. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time; this does not affect anything done beforehand.

Email us and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will publish the revised version on this page and update the date shown above.
